General Information:

MKE Field Hockey will honor requests for session refunds if the request is submitted 20 or more days prior to the official start of the session. Refund requests received fewer than 20 days before the session begins will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of MKE Field Hockey.

 All refund requests due to a medical reason must be accompanied by a doctor's note. The doctor's note and refund request must be received by MKE Field Hockey prior to the first day of the session to be eligible for a refund. Requests received after the first day of the session will not qualify for a refund.

Weather Cancellation:

If MKE Field Hockey cancels a session due to inclement weather or unsafe field conditions, no refunds will be issued. MKE Field Hockey will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the canceled session; however, a makeup session cannot be guaranteed.

Camps:

All multi-day camp registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please notify MKE Field Hockey as soon as possible.

In the event of unfavorable weather, MKE Field Hockey will make every reasonable effort to conduct camp as scheduled. If weather impacts the camp, we may modify the daily schedule or, if facility availability and staffing permit, add an additional camp day to make up for lost time. While we will make every effort to provide a makeup day, it cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related interruptions, schedule adjustments, or the inability to provide a makeup day.

Clinics:

All one-day clinic registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please notify MKE Field Hockey as soon as possible.

In the event of unfavorable weather, MKE Field Hockey will make every reasonable effort to conduct the clinic as scheduled. If weather impacts the clinic, we may modify the schedule, pause activities, or extend the clinic if facility availability and staffing permit. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related interruptions or schedule adjustments.

If a practice must be canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe field conditions, MKE Field Hockey will notify participants and post updates as soon as possible through our designated communication channels.

MKE Field Hockey will make every reasonable effort to schedule a makeup practice; however, makeup sessions are not guaranteed due to facility availability and scheduling constraints. Refunds will not be issued for practices canceled because of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond MKE Field Hockey's control.
